At the heart of what I do I am a Teacher and a Coach.

I have been playing and coaching for the past 25 years and have been a part of multiple championship programs. The game of lacrosse has given a lot to me, and I try to use it to give back.

The root of my training is connecting with the player and finding what can make them successful, as there is no prototype of what makes a great lacrosse player.

Having worked with all levels of players from Kindergarten through College, I have developed a system of instruction that implements, adjusts, and reinforces skills through repetition in drills, small sided games, and game simulations to help all players from beginners to all league athletes.

At the root of the system is fun and enthusiasm, because if it isnt fun you wont want to work on your own!
